Terms of sale

These English terms describe the current storefront flow and remain subject to UAE legal review.

Seller and buyer

The seller is ABDULLA DARWISH AUTO SPARE TRADING LLC, trading as EXIST Dubai. The customer is the person or business placing an order.

Prices, orders and payment

Prices and settlement are in AED. UAE prices include 5% VAT where VAT applies. A price-on-request item is not a final offer: a manager must confirm its price, availability and lead time before payment is due. Archived prices in another currency are historical source data and are never orderable offers.

The checkout shows the payment methods currently available for the order and delivery method. An order is accepted when the store confirms it.

Delivery

Confirmed orders may be collected from EXIST Parts Deira, Bin Thani Plaza, Shop 3, Deira, Dubai. Courier delivery is available to supported UAE addresses, and international delivery is available when a destination quote is offered. Destination duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility unless the confirmed quote states otherwise.

Returns and warranty

Request the return of an eligible unused item within 14 days of receipt, with the original condition, packaging and labels preserved. The current review target is 10 business days. Defective, installed, damaged and special-order items may require separate evidence or may not qualify for a voluntary return. Warranty coverage follows the applicable manufacturer's and supplier's terms.
