Ceramizer products are entirely Polish-made and remain the property of the Polish company Ceramizer Sp z o.o.

Regeneration with Ceramiser® involves restoring the nominal size and correct geometry of mating surfaces in friction-prone mechanisms by building up a ceramic-metal layer with unique properties.

The regeneration is carried out without dismantling the equipment, during its normal operation, simply by adding the product to the oil (in the engine, gearbox, power steering system) or to the fuel (in the case of using a fuel booster). Thermodynamic processes occurring on friction surfaces lead to the formation of a metal-ceramic layer at all points and especially in places of wear (abrasion).  

The growth gradually stabilizes with a decrease in the friction coefficient, which leads to self-optimization of the friction gaps, and stops when the nominal values are reached, restoring the surfaces to an almost perfect condition. 

This means that a thicker layer will be restored in more worn areas and where scratches have been present than in less worn areas, resulting in the restoration of the desired geometry of the rubbing parts. To increase friction, do not exceed 2,700 rpm for the first 200 km of driving with the product. The process of building up the ceramic layer lasts for 1,500 km or 25 hours.

The Ceramiser® molecules, which are characterized by a high degree of metal bonding, transfer metal particles (selective transfer) to worn areas where friction causes the temperature to rise and diffuse there. In these places, the combined metal particles and Ceramiser® (diffusing) restore the surface, forming a metal-ceramic layer.

As a result of the diffusion of Ceramiser® with the metal surface, the structure of the metal crystal lattice improves, thereby strengthening and filling the surface layer (a permanent, unbroken ceramic-metal protective layer is formed). The process of layer formation is called ceramicization. This layer fills, covers and aligns microdefects and deformations of surfaces subject to friction.

  • Reduces the so-called "smoke" of the engine.
  • Reduces engine oil consumption.
  • Eliminates dry losses and facilitates start-up (especially in winter).

  • Calms the engine and other mechanisms, reduces vibration.

  • Improves engine efficiency and vehicle dynamics.

  • Regenerates friction surfaces during operation, without disassembling the treated unit. The effective service life of the restored surface is about 70,000 km.

  • Increases the durability of metal friction surfaces, up to 5 times.
  • It replaces repairs in most cases, reducing repair costs many times over compared to traditional overhaul.
  • Protects components from corrosion and aggressive chemicals (important when used engine oil, fuel may be of poor quality).
  • Reduces emissions of toxic exhaust components.
  • Reduces the danger of piston ring blockage.
